Nikki Bouwman - Veterinary Technician

Nikki, a native of Sioux Falls, has been with Sioux Valley Veterinary Clinic since 2003.  She attended the University of Montana where she studied Social Work.  She lives in Sioux Falls with her husband Ben, dog Brahman, and cat Tommy.  Nikki enjoys thrifting, antiquing, sewing, and reading.  She is also a big fan of scary movies and enjoys watching documentaries.



  Melissa Pinkert-Wirt - Registered Veterinary Technician

Melissa has been with Sioux Valley Veterinary Clinic since 2006.  She attended SDSU and has degrees in Animal Science and Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences.  She later attended Northeast Community College and received her A.S. in Veterinary Technology.  Melissa lives on an acreage near Lennox with her husband Adam, daughter Jovie, cats Bouncer and Mia, and dogs Lizzie and Bristol.  She enjoys reading and gardening.  Melissa and her husband also have a flock of Southdown sheep and Hampshire/Suffolk cross sheep that they enjoy raising and showing.



 Sherry Montoya - Receptionist

Sherry has been with SVVC since 2003.  She has always had a love of animals and has raised horses.  Sherry, her husband Tom, and granddaughter Melissa, live on an acreage outside of Brandon.  They share their home with their dogs Mozart, Lil' Beethoven, Schnapsi, and Sirloin and their cats Mr. Kitty and Dioji, and their African Grey Parrot Pepper.  In her free time, Sherry enjoys motorcycling, 4-wheeling, gardening and spending time with her husband and grandchildren.




 Deb Albertus - Receptionist
                                             
Deb has been with Sioux Valley Veterinary Clinic for almost 6 years.  Deb loves to spend time with her family and friends, which include her son Rodney and his wife Heather and her daughter Katie and son-in-law Zach.  Deb shares her house with her cats Toy and Boo.  In her free time, Deb enjoys bowling in a league and watching sprint car races.
